Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - First round is very good and plant head and plant HR both are good.

Second round is too much suprising, there is were 4 peoples to take interview...it's around 2 hours race ..one of the director is person who don't have manners...he asked my current process and then, he trying to show how Camlin is big and laughing to my company process and says "your process is like just idli dosa instant making process" how can he says like that?

During interview he is on the web call and and always stopped me and his other colleagues in between for that call.

I was travelled for this interview from pune to Andheri and HR was informed me, they will provide reimbursement for travel, come by shivneri and share tickets to them, after interview she said send the tickets to HR officer we will reimburse in next 2-3 days but, after 2 weeks with 2 reminder she still not paid it

We can assume that how the culture of Camlin.....such purely Indian lala MNC company. It's my openion if you join such company they will try to get job work for each and every rupee from employee.
