On the day of interview I was been waited for 3 hours for interview with HR after being selected given the offer letter on spot and given the joining date of after 1 month and after that no response from company regarding onboarding due to some so called restructuring and again after that I was called from New Head HR for meeting and again he scheduled my interview with some COO of company virtually and still kept on hold after that I get a call from junior Hr saying we have kept you for hold and will come back to you later (these is the word I got after selection, offer letter) very very unprofessional management seriously disappointed and worthless company running in the losses. In the name of research associate giving you telecalling job misleading the candidates.
I request every candidate who is thinking to work here please think 100 times before. All the review on google are paid and are of employees reviews only to mislead the people.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you can handle work pressure (need to Crack 7 to 8 project in a week, need to call subject matter experts as per their time line like US, Europe, Middle East or APAC timezone) then you can work here. You need to recruit those experts for active projects, so need fluent English. Team manager will shout infront of everyone if you can't perform well. Their office is small 1 BHK flat. No job security. Don't join this company.
