Cons:
1) No work-life balance
2) They will provide offer letter, confirm your joining date, then make a call and say you are not selected someone from insider team i selected
3) No fixed role. Hire you saying something else, interview will be for taxation and the actual thing you are going to do can be just data shifting from one software to another
4) Work life of more than 12 hours
5) No promotions as such. Only upper management get the promotions.
6) They have contracts with clients. If the client decides to end a contract, your job is gone. Hire and fire policy.
7) Donot think of employee before firing.
8) No perks for employee than salary which is also not on time.
9) HR people are not good and no management support.
