Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Do not apply or join Kashmiri Lal Constructions because this is a worst company I had ever experienced. Management is running by a child 26-27 years CEO. You will be treated as labour and technical skill will get declined. Totally non technical things are going on. Salary will be credited after 15th of month or sometimes by 20th of month. Top management can deduct your salary without any prior information. Best company for gossipers. No time for personal life. No holiday No Sunday. Timing are from 8 am to 9 pm or late night may be by 11 or 12 at night. No proper work plan, nothing is good here. You will be completely squeezed by CEO. You will get abused also.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was a technical one but was majority a stress test it lasted for about 1 hour 10 minutes. The interview wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the question asked to me were related my DCA course topics. He stressed a lot on the basics related to NRC project project topics.
