Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Negative Points:-
1) No lunch facility for A,B,C shift only G shift lunch facility available if you want Lunch then you can eat after shift end(A & B shift, C shift no lunch) paid separate canteen also have inside Jindal you can eat what they cooked in 30 rupees per plates.
2) No Tea Break only for Operators have tea break facility.
3) No Bus Facility.
4) No cleaning in Washroom only HR office & Upper management washrooms are cleaned.
5) ID & Uniform you will get after 3/4/5 month.
6) No mobile allowed below executive designation but have looker facilities to lock your mobile in looker on company main gate.
7) In quality you get promotion after 4-5 year and in production 3 year maximum.

Positive Points:-
1) Job security.
company2) food quality is good.
3) All colleagues behaviour are good(personal view in my department).
4) 7 days guest house facility provide by company .
