Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - After 2 rounds i was selected for post. I was waiting for HR process which ideally should complete in 2 days maximum. But after 11 days HR told me their Budget is less.....? Already HR took my payslips ,HR knows candidates Last CTC and the positions for which HR arranged candidates interviews rounds.. how come HR talked like budget problem. They r not even able to give my last drawn CTC even after my selection.
SO GUYS REQUEST YOU ALL BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT SUCH POLITICAL GAMES WHILE GIVING INTERVIEWS.
I was surprised such big brand Sodexo is and is playing with candidates emotions.
I hv asked HR their budget, he took more than week time to communicate. Also telling me to go for visit, presentations, and another 3rd round of interviews... ?
Then why HR told me for 2 rounds interview? Why he wasted 3.5 months time? Ideally whole process takes maximum 20 days time to complete process.
After first interview i got shortlisted and communicated to me that u will head either india or regional head..i was ready for everything including relocation too. I was then asked to handle to cities..i was ok for that too.
And HR told me now after 2nd round with account director you will be finalised. After second round i got selected too. When i contacted account director..he was surprised that after selection how process from HR is pending still.
And after 11 days from my selection HR told me low budget. They cant even give me my last drawn ctc, also told me about visits ,presentations, 3rd round, ... ??? It means HR played with me a game.

GUYS BE AWARE OF SUCH INCIDENCES and Games.
