Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They asked some basics questions regarding fraud types, UPI transaction etc. I got confirmation mail for been selected and also they asked for the documents after that they done the address verification by on grid. Then I received call from hr for salary discussion and we agreed on certain amount after that hr said I will received the offer letter within 1 week but after 1 week I contacted hr she said that hiring is on hold you can search job some where else. Such a fraudulent company with fraudulent management. They are just giving jobs to their known ones, no respect for the talent experience. They are just playing with peoples careers. So please don't give resignation until you receive the offer letter and I guess after the offer letter I doubt they will denied to give you job.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hahaha ..interview process .. what the fish🤣. 2 round. One from QA manager (Mehraj) and one from operation manager. ( Khwaja) They usually talk in fake US accent. And ask one situation based question mentioned in their question sheet. 🤣 Then HR will call then congratulate you for the selection. And when you will visit the office location. They will ask you "could you work in sales" and "can you make reports for them" ? you only have to say yes. And bingo congratulations your downfall will start just after the training. 😅🤣
For training there were 2 people one is Ebin, who only speak in English. And most of the timing busy with other batches or his manager speaking English😅🤣. And 2nd one is Monika jinko kuch ni aata. 🤣 Training is something which you have to do by yourself baccha.
And while working no flexibility. They don't even allow you to sit with your assigned team.
And yes.. in a day multiple meeting are there that you have to attend without miss. If missed you will be their prime target. And if you are thinking that you will get a downtime for those meetings. So dash ho tum 🤣. Kuch ni milega. Instead they will deduct your variable and incentives saying that you were not able to complete your assigned tasks.😅
Abhi or kya kya bolu no appreciation untill you will bring food for the manager and bring tea from the canteen every morning. 🤣
