Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The annual CTC is low as compared to the industry standards and you generally get to paid after the end of 15 days of the next month. So technically after 45 days of working. Moreover, there are no proper guidelines for annual appraisals. The fees structure is increased annually but no appraisals for the faculty. At times they do keep the documents of faculty as well and won't return them even if you want to go, after serving the notice period. The Deans are ruthless and won't promise to pay what they said during the interview. It place which is more or less like a one man show (the owner of the institution). There was a faculty who worked at this institution for 12 years and didn't got the experience letter. So, think, think and re-think before joining this University. The management needs to understand that if you need world class faculty then you must pay like it.
