I'm madhavi and I have a strong background in data entry operator in Flipkart India pvt ltd I have 2 years experience in this role briefly about my job role responsible for verifying data and resolving descripencies as well as generating reports and performing other clerical tasks related to data management.

ming to my previous work experience that i have over 8 months of work experience in Non-voice process as customer support executive. Briefly about my job role was to handle the customers via calls by playing prompts to the customer queries. To maintain good conversation with the customer without any discontinuity of call. Then we got 1 submit, Basically it's a Semi-voice process that we do not interact with the customers directly in call. So yeah this is my job role that i was done in my previous company.

My strengths are i have patience that i can listen customer queries properly without any deviation.

I can adopt any kind of environment and i can handle any kind situation that which was in my hands

And I'm a quick learner that i can learn new things easily.
