  • Q1. First round started with director, learned about my past experience. How I researched in that role. It was overall a positive experience.

Excel assignment:- basic and intermediate excel with pivot tables and conditional formatting
Data Interpretation Questions: It was very easy
Written test:- It was to write drivers of a particular industry, just to check one's writing skills

Round 3 - One-on-one

  • Q1. Last round also happened with research director. It was basically a casual discussion about why I want to join the company

The interview is based on what positive impact you put on the interviewer. Communication should be excellent, as you will be working with international teams, so they emphasize on soft skills as well. The excel test is important, one should know powerpoint, excel intermediate, primary and secondary research. As basically the interview was around those part. Other skill sets are also good to have.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Logical reasoning, general awareness, English, math aptitude questions for 60 minutes

Round 2 - Case Study 

Case study + HR round. 10 minutes were given to think about the scenario. And questions were asked on that.
