  • Q1. Why you want to work in Intel Migration? What you know about Immigration? Tell me something about Canada or Australia???

Round 3 - Group Discussion 

Group discussion was easy and there were more than 20 candidates in the group discussion. We discussed regarding people going and getting settled in india is it good or bad for the country.

Experience: Interviews generally are non technical and revolve around 'why this company' and 'why you' .Highly NOT recommended for those who want to grow their technical expertise . Headstrong works in Capital Markets and you can expect good exposure to BFSI domain.

Round: Coderpad Round
Experience: Data Structure question that we need to code on coderpad. i.e. Reverse String , 3rd largest integer in an array , Design Chess board , etc

General Tips: Brush your Java Basics and Data Structures , as Capgemini is Hiring for Goldman Sachs account which require good knowledge on Data Structures.

Deploying into a project is a great headache here.

Round: Test
Experience: It was an amcat style test, adaptive in nature and measured the accuracy and speed.
Tips: Basic questions of aptitude and LR freely available on internet websites can be practiced to crack these easily.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Questions: 70

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: It was a group interview, as 2 panelists interviewed 5 candidates at a time. It was more like giving a Viva voce at a practical exam.
Tips: Never tell them if you are planning for a master's degree, else you don't get a job for that time. Also don't stick to a job profile you think would suit you the best, be flexible. Moreover one should always be ready to relocate at the fresher level for such multi domain organizations.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: It started with tell me about yourself and though the job was unrelated to my subject, the interviewer kept asking questions about the core subjects I've studied. It was a small 5 to 7 questions type of interview.
Tips: I'll suggest everyone that the most important thing is to remain calm and answer honestly. Don't hesitate to admit that you dont like core and want to switch to computers or consultancy. Do not try to hide things when asked about. Be fluent while speaking and always answer softly. If it is a pressure interview then make sure don't start to raise your pitch while talking because later it will harm you
