Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. My advices to Job Seekers who are getting calls from IMCD India Pvt Ltd, please do not accept the job offer from this company as the culture of the company is very toxic and not at all friendly. 2. People who are working there are willing to leave the job once they receive new offers from other companies.
3. Management is not at all proper.
4. Very toxic environment.
5. Employees are tortured and forced to leave/re-sign from the service.
6. Nepotism, favouritism, dirty politics are the KPI's of top management.
7. No proper salary hike at the EOY.
8. People who are favourite are being promoted and good hike is given.
9. Many employees have left IMCD due to such issues.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw
I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
