Basic HR Questions, and then she showed me the compensation and the location. They wanted immediate joiners, but I guess 15 days is immediate only. Nobody can and I quote "Packs your bags and catch the flights". Flights currently are priced in the range 9-10k, and that too you're not compensating. Anyways, I didn't know much about the company so I agreed to the offer and she sent me the offer to my mail. However, post the session, I talked and checked with few employees within the company itself and they were themselves planning to leave the company. Apparantly, the trainer himself is non-technical and sets very unrealistic deadlines and the work pressure is at the utmost here. The HRs say, if you want a 9-5 job this ain't the place. They make you work Sunday's and Saturday too. Firing is done based on the trainer's assumption. If they wanna fire you, they'll take a test where tough and hard question will be asked and if you fail, you're doomed. They fired 17 fresher already based on the test. There is not so much guidance from seniors and you're on your own. The techstack they use won't have much impact in your future career. P.s- All this information I've got from the employees working in the company.
