Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have faced this same kind of attitude from the in march 2015.i was fresher.i have cleared till final round.I was told Hr will send you offer letter.But they did not turned not even they take phone,But they hired a girls,this girls her told to interviewer that she will not write code but she was selected.No idea how there hiring process.I think we need good referral of contact to get in.Hr should think that people searching for job are not there for timepass or play with there emotion.
