Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never ever get hired by this company. As a well wisher, who has experienced the work, culture and a setback from Gusti, i can tell you these company is not worthy of efficient, hard working and serious employees. if you are asking about just interview- then its super easy to crack- no brain needed. no matter what they hire you as.. you will only be working as a data entry person ( called by different names). And you might will also recv an agreement with signature of the CEO, but they will not abide by anything written in that.
They literally fired many people by lying to them , one after the other they started sacking people, not just any people but best performers and efficient ones, so forget that you are in safe hands , you will one day simply switch on your laptop and will find your self gotten de-activated from every Gusti account. and later you will get to know you JUST GOT FIRED!.. Real reason-? COST CUTTING... but they will hunt on you picking something super small and will use that against you so that can fire you.
When i joined, the entire team was a bunch of some good polite nice ppl but later all got swaped and now some KATHRINA is taking the lead and she knows nothing about the work. Chrstian - the CEO is a thug. he just showcase that he hires mostly women, donated to ukraine ..-- all a sham.. there a bunch of selfish , inhuman and utterly stupid fellows trying to run a business --
Stupid because only a stupid person will fire a best performer and keep unskilled person. a stupid person only can give the entire management to a naive and fire those who know the work.
