Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The test was pretty basic in nature with focus mainly kept on GK and general concepts. Not much to be worried about as such.
Tips: Try to keep calm and be relaxed.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 30

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Here, the panel consisted of HR manager and one Director of audit team. Both seemed pretty relaxed and welcoming. I was pretty nervous at the beginning but they made me pretty comfortable. Starting with some common topics like my hobbies, interests, etc. they gradually moved towards technical questions.
Tips: Keep calm. Prepare well for all basic concepts. In case you are unaware of the answer, be candor and tell the same.

Round: Partner Round
Experience: Generally the partner round does not involve technical questions. Here generally the partner or sometimes the directors meet the candidate just to understand the candidate and confirm that he/she shall be suitable for the organization.
Tips: Meeting someone at such high position may seem scary but it's not. The person at that position started the same way like we all so they understand well. Just be your own self and everything will fall in it's place.
