Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Always do your research and join the job and ask details about your future job role because they say one job role and make u do something else. I was appointed for EA role but I was expected to sharp pencils and check wardrobes etc. which is not work of EA. Don't blindly fall for LinkedIn job description and go for it. Very Irresponsible HR literally ghosted me if I asked about my salary as well as no right response towards female employee issues, nothing will be resolved they will say u should adjust as per MD requirement... Most of work comprised of his personal work. He is extremely good and intellectual person so much to learn from him but the employee treatment here is not upto mark.
Take everything they say with a grain of salt. It is not as it looks. Take decision wisely.
