I applied via Recruitment Consulltant and was interviewed in Nov 2024. There were 2 interview rounds.

Round 1 - HR

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Are really interested in this position, because there are already many candidates are in pipeline.
Round 2 - Assignment

Got mail regarding the assignment after HR round. Then HR Ekta Darda called and asked to submit the assignment same EOD. Not even asked to if is possible or not, with very rude behaviour. The assignment required 2-3 working days to complete. I replied to the same mail asked if this timeline fine for you, and she didn't reply. 10 days after she called asking status of the assignment. I replied was waiting for the response from you about the questions. Then again she impolitely talking nonsense about you should consider yes and complete the assignment.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The organisation might be good but the HRs behaviour wasn't. Unprofessional and uncultured.
