Round: Test
Experience: You have to develop an insight into the subject you opt for taking the test. I opted for chemistry and questions were from all sections : organic, inorganic, physical both numerical and theory. I personally feel that you go through the subject thoroughly you opt for and will do well.
Tips: Since you did tame AIEEE, my suggestion to you is that you must be aware of the subject you opt for. refer ncert text books and practice thoroughly. Good Luck

General Tips: One of the rounds would be a demo round wherein you need to give a demo on your topic of interest for 30 minutes. You need to deliver in english and a good fluency and deliverance of the subject in english would be a huge positive.

Motivation: I always had a strong urge to join an organisation where my work would bring transformation and imparting education and preparing fresh minds to choose engineering as a career serves my interest. Apart form this, I feel at home when i interact with people and no job would have provided me such a platform where i could both fulfill my passion and earn handsome salary.
Funny Moments: Nothing in particular but the fact when I was asked for " what salary do you expect and enter into negotiations" was a bit funny because it suddenly gave me a feeling "SPENDING LAVISHLY" would start now.
