Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They hired me for HR Executive and later changed the designation and gave me the work of project coordination with a lady (named Neetu Tiwari ) sitting at Mumbai location plus recruitment, and vendor management with sapling, Ambrosia, Glorious and Fluxon Technologies for 2 weeks when I started giving the real feedback to them, My HR Head, simply designated scolded me and told me not to do.
First day itself in the office i send two candidates for Java and they got selected. Both were ready to join the company. But they told them not to join.
When I joined in this company, one month later a lady named Tuhina Srivastava joined as a recruiter, previously see was working with Best Infosystems,she was staying near by the company. All wrong doings were done by Ms Mannmeet, Tuhina, Swati. They grouped together and alienated me.
Tuhina was filling the letter format of the offer letter and relieving letter.
Lastly i was not happy with their wrong doings. I stopped following these guys and I don't want to work under Ms Mannmeet and resigned from there.
Company was also not up to date in financial terms with companies act.
