Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hi All,The environment and culture of this company are extremely poor. They make employees work almost 12 hours a day—10 hours in the office and an additional 2-3 hours after office, even late at night. They don't provide leaves, and the company is especially bad for women. Six women resigned from the company together. The team leads there have inappropriate intentions, and there is no job security at all. Even after completing probation, employees are fired. Vivek and Chhatrapal, who have only 5-6 years of experience, have been made team leads, and they behave very poorly with new joinees. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid joining this company at any cost.
