I have faced that same situation. Please consider their ideas and thoughts of creativity, find the talent with in them and give an opportunity to freshers to prove their talent. Please don't reject them with some other reasons especially for married women. I got married in 2017, after 2yrs of gap i want to restart my career. I need financial support that's why am attending for interviews. So many intervewiers showing interest on that gap not on my talent and my interest. That's why i am requesting you to recruit people with talent.
