Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - In order to clear all the rounds of interview you have to be very confident through out your interview. Because if you are not confident taking about your self then how can you be confident talking about companies product. While sharing your work experience do let the person know hat was the reasons you left those companies after telling about what was your responsibility in those companies. Always talk in a nuteral accent, donot make any grammatical mistakes and pronunciation of words should be in place. Always talk with a smile no matter how much worried you are and the answer to a question- what do you see yourself in coming next five years in this company should be - I will be working really hard every day to achieve my dayly or monthly targets and taking care of my work and other responsibilities towards my team consistently and after all these efforts month by month whatever company decides to give me next role I will be a part of that , now it depends on upper management does it gives me those management roles early or later I will accept that and I'll keep up the hard work.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was hired for a different role. Which I was working for eventually. But after about 6 months things changed. I was asked to work on anything and everything which I’m not eligible for or have no experience in.
Then after talking to many other teams in the organisation they told me that cognizant work culture is that way where the project dissolves and then they move you to another process or make you do something else that you have not signed up for. So this is the work culture here. I personally coming from an agency background would suggest that working for a service based company was a bad idea.
