My first interview was with a senior consultant of the firm. He welcomed me in the room and introduced himself to me with a firm handshake. He made me very comfortable by asking very basic questions like tell me about myself, my work experience, etc. . Some elementary questions about my work profile and nothing in very depth. To my surprise there were no guestimates asked. I would call it a very smooth conversation which ended on a lighter note. He wished me luck for the day!
