I described point to point brief career highlights as manager in last decade and half, case studies scenario where in which post- corona period software company employees do moon lighting for multiple employers, inspite of that they do miss milestones for completion given by client, are unavailable during conference call with client. Such employees still blackmail that they should be allowed to continue to work from home else they will quit project midway. 
I described few techniques which we used to control it to 60-75% effect. I cant describe them here due to the fact that upon reading it,such employees will find more loop holes to exploit it, in general increasing tension of management and hr depts of many software companies
