Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Company will try to hype themselves so that the candidate will think even if the salary isn't upto the mark he/she will be able to learn and grow into higher career roles. Maybe they are right. But providing the least amount of salary mentioned in the job advert while showing a higher limit of salary to hook candidates for the interview doesn't seem like a prestigious thing to do. So my advice to candidates is "don't hesitate to hype yourselves in front of the company men getting in talks with you for a potential hiring."
