Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hi Everyone , Please read this to the end(especially end) , it will save you from a trap [SHIVANI MADAN] also will save you a minimum of 1 month time . So HR at Zeiss reached out to me for Business Analyst role , and interview was scheduled , gave 1 round cleared with positive feedback , gave 2nd round cleared with positive feedback , third round was suppose to be general discussion in office location [40km from home] , so went to office 3 people again took technical round ( overall 5 people have taken interview till this point ) . I was being told we like you and will provide letter of intent after some time , guess what in the same evening HR called me saying they want to take another round that too with multiple people , I dont know why I say yes to gave this round , they gave me a case study which is almost a day work to generate reports and understand the huge data and what not .. I have made multiple reports and it went well as there were no cross question and i did whatever has been asked. From that on guess what HR ghosted me , after few days another HR told me I was rejected with no reason provided. Oh yes why I said trap was because this was a position under SHIVANI MADAN team and from internal sources i got to know the reason that this happened is because she as a manager wanted her distant relevant to get this role instead of anyone else.Funny but true.
