Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I went at Busy (Wazirpur, Delhi office) for the Billing Executive post, but the HR told me that there is one more vacancy for BD Executive & if I will be interested for that post, in case I do not clear the Billing Executive interview & I agreed to that. Then I was told that they will be contacting me for further round & I can leave. I didn't listened from them & one week passed, after that when I called the HR for getting update regarding my application, she told me that they filled that position internally only & if I am interested for BD Executive I can visit their office next day for the Final Interview. After giving my final interview, I was again told that they will be contacting me for further process, but after 3days I only had to call them for the update. At that time, I was told that I am not shortlisted for the post.

According to me, it is hight of unresponsiveness from their side that they do not inform the candidate about all this. The same thing happened with my sister, 2years back, she applied their for computer programming & was not told about her selection & when she called for asking she was provided with the Offer letter but told that she is on hold for some time & their was no response from their side for around 1month.

I think they just take the freshers for granted & do not take them seriously. I would advice all of you to be aware when applying for job opportunity at this organization.
