Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not a place to work believe me , i have been working over there for more than three months and seriously believe me yeh ek lala company hai, yha pe bhut favouritism chalta hai , team leader or manager ki yha alag hi duniya hai yeh logo ke bare me galat batey bolte hai or purey office me fela dete hai , leaves tho bhul hi jna shyd hi mile gi , chutti bhi Naa ke bara bar hai , agr bimar hogye tho koi support nhi hai , floor pe koi management nhi hai team leader janani se Kam nhi hai , or agr inke samne inki chamcha giri kro ge tho yeh khush rhte hai,, agl hi duniya hai inki or agl hi office ,, HR tho ch---itye hi hai mhu lagna bekar hai ,,, or work load tumri double sallary jesa hai ... Sallary ka system bhi azib hai paise hai nhi inke pass Dene ko ..bnde inse rake jate nhi or kaam double hi hota hai , 5 min ki break pe jou tho mhu ban jate hai or maximum 15 min bhi magani pdti hai voh inko Dene me problem hoti hai , or jab bhi break se floor pe aou tho sida srr pe aake bhet jate hai jse kuch galat Kiya ho ,, yeh apne ap ko supreme smajte hai ,, and actually wha kr har employee ko pta hai ki yha pe kitna butter use Kiya jta hai .. or managers ko pucho hi MTT ,,, there is no one actually whom you can trust over here ,,, yha pe yeh employee ki Tara nhi treet krte. It's more like slave .
And I really wanna tell my experience what I've been through - kafi pressure, kafi jda kaam. , breaks Naa hi lo tho yeh log kush hai , and office is more like TV serial . Management tho hai hi nhi , basically office jesa kuch nhi . And lastly HR voh log tho sb ke sb mile huie hai logo ke koi emotion nhi , koi personal problem nhi , koi medical reasons nhi yeh log phir managers ki sunte hai ..kafi logo ne complain bhi ki hai HR ke pass but yeh log sunte nhi hai or agr koi jda bolne lgta hai tho usko target krte hai or phir nikal dete hai , working here is like hell and like working in tv serial .
