It's not about the expensive dest and chair that you sit it's owned by office it about what you carry with you after you quit your job your career growth. Choose wisely. Would you like to sit as a fresher for 3 to four yrs in a reputed org even after the hard work or you grow as you put your efforts in an org that's not famous because at the end when you quit the job the only thing that matters at work is how much did you succeed. Noone is going to care about the efforts you put in a wrong place the reputation will cover it up it's the individual who put efforts who is damaged and left with nothing. Noone would leave a bad review until they experienced the good ones would be because few people are scared of revealing the truth and getting into trouble so always read the reviews that has low scores which might give you insights about the org to some extent
