Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you are an engineer then, don't go for any other role than Design Engineer in Design Department in R&D centre. If you go to Development Component Department then, you are done. They will hire you first and then, send you to machine operating job for more than a year in the name of "getting familiar". And then, there is no guarantee that they'll take you back in office roles. A year of career wasted.
