Round: HR Interview
Experience: Most of the questions were related to how I could deal with things and how fit my personality is for this kind of job. They posed questions about my inter examination results. Why did I choose CA? So simple basic questions but technical questions as well related to CA and my CV.
Tips: I personally feel that the hack to HR round is to dress well. The attire that you wear,presentation skills, language and all these things are carefully analysed in a HR interview. There is not much on the technical side. They just want an idea of what you attitude and temperament is like. Your CV should be original because they dig into your hobbies. Be alert, calm and smiling.

Round: Test
Experience: This was not an aptitude test entirely. We had all kinds of questions. While most were related to CA, we also had riddles and basic math questions.
Tips: There is nothing to prepare as such because you are answering from your past knowledge. Riddles were kinda tricky and that requires a little bit of practice. Most companies pick these up from websites. Luck also comes into play because its more about how you think on the spot but you can train your brain to think in different directions only if you practice some IQ questions on a regular basis.

Round: Partner Round
Experience: In this round, the partner of the firm comes and questions you to see if you are fit for the job profile. Most questions are technical and on the higher side of difficulty but they also do some background check, your experiences, your learnings etc. This is trickier than the other two because the partner as in depth knowledge of the field as against HR who knows only a little bit more than you do. They asked me to refer to some book that I had read during my coursework and then they trick you over that.
Tips: Answer very carefully. Be calm and dont get confused. They play mind games by baffling you so you first need to be sure of your answer before you reply and also have faith in yourself. One very important thing to consider here is if they ask about prior experience you can name the company you were working with but never disclose your clients. It is morally in ethical. They try to judge if you can breach their trust by asking you the same. Never say anything bad about your previous workplace. That leaves a very bad impression on them.
