I used my experience from a few other fields and generalised how those came in handy for my role as a PM in Ecoppia where I was handling mostly R&D projects alongwith daily PM responsibility. Also I tried to address the most important aspect of any process implementation - Change Management and how I have handled, even in the smallest projects, people and their expectations from a project.
