I'm the co-worker of this organization.
I had the worst experience in my entire work life.Talking about my interview round it was not at all professional.
Here MD is not having the right approach to deal with the team and their clients.
No approach to upgrade their team's professional life.
Being in the system many of the team members keep on resign due to the unprofessional approach of MD.
Atlast I would request you keep this point very clear that "No Salary is worth than staying in a toxic work environment that harms your mental health."
