Round: Test
Experience: The process for selection began with a written test. The test included questions from verbal reasoning, general knowledge, accountancy and aptitude. The level of difficulty was medium.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: In the GD the moderator gave us the liberty to choose the topic by ourselves. We came to a consensus to discuss about the ‘100% cut-off for SRCC’ which had recently become a hot topic of discussion nationwide. They were testing our communication skills and ability to hear and respond aptly to what others are saying.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: In the interview round they asked me about myself, my views on relocation and working on weekends, frequent travelling and about my strengths and weaknesses. They also asked me about how extracurricular activities have helped me grow as a human being, who is my role model and who all are there in my family. They also asked me few accounting entries like contingent liabilities would come under what head.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The selection process was along a set pattern. It started with a written test which had questions on verbal reasoning, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. A general preparation for any competitive exam like CAT would suffice to pass the written test.Candidates were also asked to write an email (this was compulsory for all candidates). The subject for the email was: “To examine the preparation of BRS of a client and provide feedback to the boss”.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The written test was followed by a group discussion (GD). The topic for GD was ‘Women Empowerment’. Other topics one can prepare for ‘Reservation in colleges’ and ‘whether nuclear weapons are bane or boon’. They will generally ask you to discuss on topics which are latest and in news.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This was followed by a personal interview. It included the HR questions which included tell me about you, your strengths and weaknesses, why should the company choose you and how are you more suitable than other candidates.

Experience: The written round had questions from logical aptitude, quantitative aptitude and verbal reasoning. Besides this there were also questions from my core field of study (accounts and economics).

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The topic for GD was the current education system of India. We talked about the various aspects of the education system as well as what can be done to improve the same. They were looking for confident candidates and those who can stand out in a crowd.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: In the interview round they asked me questions from both core topics as well as HR questions.  In the HR questions they asked me about my long term and short term goals as well as why should they choose me?They asked me my work with AIESEC and questions like 1) How do you get VISA for students?2) Where do students from India stay?They asked about my internship with Videocon.1) What was the environment there?2) What did you learn there?3) Was it fruitful to you?Besides this they also asked us to write an email. The email was about vouching.
Tips: They were looking at the overall personality and communication skills of the candidate. So do work upon it.

Experience: In the interview round they asked me questions from both technical topics and HR topics.  In the HR questions they asked me about my long term and short term goals as well as how will I handle situations of pressure and will I be comfortable to work on weekends or at odd hours.Besides this they also asked me the following questions:

1. Many questions were asked from my CV.2. Questions about my experience of being the member of Placement Cell.3. Questions about my internship with an auditing firm (various questions were asked).

4. What all things would you take into consideration while auditing etc.?

They also asked us to write an email. The email had the following topic: to examine the BRS of your client and provide the feedback to your boss.
