Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Jobseekers! Do not waste time with this company. The founder member herself doesn't not on what basis is the candidate to be selected. The HR wasted my time of 10 days to get back and did not even bother to entertain my phone call due to her maternity leave. Terrible lack of coordination between the HR, Founding Member and CEO. They think job seekers are free so they can wait whole day for the interview. The CEO is an oversmart person. Too much judging of the candidate he does to some different level only. It is a startup brand with unprofessional staff. Packages would be mentioned in the JD on a mid cap scale but they would offer a fresher level compensation. They do not have any identity in the Market. The founding member would ask you to make a case study or presentation unnecessarily just to steal your strategies. Small office with hardly 10 people including the CEO & Founding Member. Try for other companies as this company may shut down soon due to lack of business and employees.
