Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - There is no work life balance and management is fully partiality as per their region and favourite employees no scope of promotions. Management only refers their known friends and few gang of favourites they don't support who come based on own and they try to resign by torturing them and ask them to work by indirectly threatening telling about performance implement plan and termination .Pune management is horrible don't wonder if they scold with bad words and talk about also. So sincere request don't join if they provide the huge packages also ur job has no guarantee in it most of the employees leave with in one year, like this so many employees have forced to resign and we have to think that there families are dependent on the employee.
