Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - You can land a job here, if have prepared for the interview
Con's - if you are applying for entry level jobs , you won't be getting a good package, allianz doesn't provide salary package which is up to market standards .
Pro's - You ll hard see allianz laying off employee's. Job security is a plus point. Well it connects, when the salary is too low, why should company fire you, you are very much underpaid, so it's a win win situation for company.

Advice
For fresher - use it as a launch pad to kick start your employment, after that look for a better job with a better package, the yearly increment is also considerably low while comparing to its counterparts.

For experienced employees - Try to negotiate before accepting the offer letter, because the initial package allianz provides will always be low, so push for a better package. Make sure the company needs you, don't give an impression that you are desperate for this job, if that's the case, they would eat a chunk out of your package.
Also if it's in India, career growth is pretty slow, you take even years to get to a Sr executive from and executive. It all depends upon how you handle yourself in the organization. Internal politics is also high, so it counts a lot.
If you are getting a pretty decent package., and if you prefer to be in a comfort zone, then allianz is the place. But if you expect , salary hikes in regular intervals and promotions, then I'm afraid to say this is not your place.
