Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Every year through off campus and on campus m.r.f tyres hires physics graduate for the post of quality Superviser. The interview process consists of 3 rounds: online aptitude exam( consisted of 30 questions: 15 to test your aptitude skill and other 15 to test your very basic physics conceptual skill), group discussion ( mainly focuses on your spoken English ability) and finally personal interview ( will ask to explain some very basic physics phenomena. Other than this they will note your physical ability. If you are a person with eye power more than 4 or if your too lean then you won't be consider for the role). Having all said that I was rejected in the final round because of my eye power.

Note: The above role is meant only for male candidates and maybe in future m.r.f can open the role to female candidates too.
