During corona period it is tough time for all buissnesses if I lead the company my dicision is cut some part of salary for all employees because company deals in us it recruitment us also suffer from corona government decide lockdown to control this problem that's why employees also have fear if they resign another company hire them. So they work continue in same company. This effect a lot in recruitment industry they don't have employees for their client.
