Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Such an worst experience I had in this company I quit the job in 2months.

From day 1 I was put into project.. project wise client wise everything were okay but my god what sort of manager he must be a psycho definitely no doubt.. He targets few in the team like 3 including me and obviously rest of the team will do chi-cha to the manager so they were also tragetting us like you will get no response when you were asking questions in the group and you will get literally no one to help you no matter what.. you can literally feel the extreme bullying and everyday it will ensured that you are shedding your blood in the form of tears.

And when the things brought to HR notice he did nothing other than conveying what the manager was conveying him and then the manager has called me and spoke in such a low class level saying go and search job I won't let you work in other projects in the company as if he is the CEO of the company and also he shrinked my notice period from 69 days to 1 week so these guys has more power than CEO seems to be.. my god what sort of environment it is such a horrible one.. please double think before you go for it. More than salary work environment is very very very important so this will not be the right place for it.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Such an worst experience I had.. I quit the job in 2 months..

I liked the project and client problem was with the internal manager and the team which is important than client obviously.

Manager is sort of a psycho where he targets certain PPL and rest if his team's follows to do the same .. you get no response no support from any if the teammates becoz you are under managers target.. And that so called manager will be keen in pushing his favourites to the client and will push you away from the client and the learning part if you are his target that's what happened. And he ensure everyday you are getting torcher and bullied in front of the team and ensures to drain all your energy.. So everyday you have to prepare your mind in such a way that you are going to a worst battle field ever.

This was bought to HR notice but he did nothing just acted as communication tool for the manager means just conveyed what he conveyed him.. And top of it I got a call from the Psycho (manager) and he spoke in such a local class manner saying I won't let you to work in any other projects and you just go out as if he is the CEO if the company and went further challenging me that he will shrink my notice period and he did that too shrinking my notice period from 60 days to 1 week that confirms you have to be slave to ur manager if his target is you else you can expect the unexpected things..

It was totally a nightmare.. all i can say is more than salary environment is very very very important so think many times before picking this..

And there could be some good souls over there but I haven't met any since I didn't get a chance.
