How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.
I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was very nice experience with Sonata interview. Directly received call from recruiter, interview shortlisted with two virtual technical rounds with a gap between 10 days, Both rounds were very good and received positive feedback from the interviewer. So it was a positive feel for me. After a week gap recruiter had confirmed me about the offer. So finally now i am into Sonata family. Finally i thank all my dear ones for there support and encouragement to grab this opportunity.
