5 Interview Rounds

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The cutoff criteria was Top 40 from the batch on the basis of CGPA.
Tips: Enjoy Civil engineering :p

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were easy but speed and accuracy matters. So you have to be fast and at the same time you have to be accurate.
Tips: Start practicing daily just for 15-20mins around for 1 month before the test.
Practice and accuracy is the key.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: In any interview it is totally upto you how you drive the interview. You are the driver of your interview. So it depends from person to person. They asked me all the technical questions related to my intern and from my favourite subjects . In the start only i said i am good in these subjects and i have done my internship very seriously .
Tips: Be confident. Dont be fake , show yourself. Improve your technical knowledge .
So just be confident and smile.

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Tips: General questions were there. Just be confident and reply politely with smiling face.

Skills: Technical, adaptibility , confidence , presence of mind , awareness

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The apti questions were good enough and the English was simple enough
Tips: Well aptitude doesn't need hard work don't get disappointed even if u aren't able to clear this round just stay cool think its just a bad day
Duration: 75 minutes
Total Questions: 100

General Tips: Well even if you remain at the top until the interview round and don't get selected at the end then ya there's nothing wrong with you the company has a problem with their selection process
College Name: NIT Nagpur
Motivation: Well the work experience from this company matters a lot
Funny Moments: I was asked where do I see myself in next ten years and then I answered well one among board of directors that's it I was done with my interview
