Can we change domain after 16 years of experience?
I'm working as a technical manager (Java based) in a global Bank having 16 years of experience, my whole career is with banking and financial services. Current CTC is 34LPA.
Now I think to change my job to get more salary, i get very few calls for interview because of 3 months notice period, and few of them were from different domains ( health care, logistics etc.). Is it wise to change domain? Or better to look for internal jobs with the bank?
