Group health policy (Mediclaim)

Group Medical Insurance
Sum Insured can be topped up through additional premium payment to enhance the cover by additional 2.5 or 5 lakhs or 7.5 lakhs or 10 lakhs
Premium is paid by employer for INR 500,000 base cover.
Any top up premium is paid by employee.

Notice period, early join
My current company notice period is two months
23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024.
But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb!
I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period.
