The Company has good Product Line and Potential to Grow

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Politics and Corrupt Leadership. The India representative from Taiwan and his sycophant in India will not allow to survive and Sales leaders. They are only interested how they can make money at the cost of the Company. Being a Finance Head here was not easy to streamline the processes and establish the controls. If you can compromise your professional ethics and intigrity and work closely with them you can make money but will spoil your career for sre with these naive and so called leaders.
