Zypmedia is a really good company, there’s so much things to learn. They’re updated with the Digital Marketing strategies. Hike is good, appraisal is also above Industry standard. No one will hold your hand to learn the skills but it’s upto you. Afterall, it’s a good company to work.

Dislikes

Careless management only in Analyst team. Indian TL isn’t good. He will point out the silly things(which don’t even matters) and will try to dominate on you. Even after complaining to the US Manager, No action is taken against him, still he’s dominating on other team members. Will not recommend to join his team. There’s no review of Team lead by the senior management. TL will pressurise you in every manner. I tried to settle up things but US manager will never listen because she promote the TL from Senior Analyst to TL.
