Management has not clear understanding aboout market working policy for food service division. Their strategy is from GT point of view which doesn't work in food service division.
1. Compensation : Undoubtedly the best in this industry. All payments come on time including variable and travel re-imbursement.
2. Pressure : Number pressure is high during summer when Glucose is there. During non-season, there will pressure in non-seasonal brands to push.
3. System: The company is moving towards secondary and market visibility activities.
4. DSR: Need to train and push them towards monthly execution and drive them to achieve incentives. Salaries of DSRs is also at par with the industry.
5. HR : East HR Aishwar sir is also a great human being and very supporting. He will give all support to train but you need to get things done.
Overall, this is a nice company only when you are aligned with the company goals and it a success story for the company and your distributors.
The transition from primary to secondary has taken a bit of time. This change is very new to DSRs who are old in the system and as a SO you need to make field DSRs realise that company is moving forward and they also need to catch up with the fast change. Need to upgrade them and train them accordingly.
They tried hard to be innovative but all NPD's till date failed due to leadership failure. There is nothing much to like about Zydus. Its not corporate at all under no circumstances.
...y nothing happened. Acquired business was never merged with Zydus in true sense. The other bought over entity still have varied & differential HR/Compensation/Bonus policies/leave & even weekly working days are different.
Within a single entity two set of rules exists. Zydus still carries the Pharma legacy with myopic distorted mindset. Need of the hour is top management change. Zydus is all about Sugar free brand and that is it. Rest all are slowly dying including Complan, Nycil & Everyuth.
