3 year bond period, Shift timing is NLT 8 hours, Lunch and Dinner is worst, Infrastructure is not well as per GMP and USFDA requirement, Bus routes is also not found satisfactory due to predefined routes are not easy for employees to reach at bus stop and time consuming routes due to traffic system (Zydus Lifscience Ltd Matoda SEZ 01).

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. Company policies are good appraisal are good also and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign.

Overall avarage experience of company, work culture was so poor senior person and AM and all not working only new joint and junior member were working... As per your work your they give zero appreciation. Company was good not that much better....

Their long experienced members were do nothing at company just take salary and go home, as per your work you never got good appraisal, overall avarage company. I never suggest any apprentice and new person to join Zydus it's 'Bakwas' for them only donkey work nothing else ...

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.
