Dislikes

The working days flexibility as most of the companies have declared holiday even to their field force on saturdays. There are some company's policy which should be restructured as its not matching with current standard style of working.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
